Terms of Use

Last updated 28 July 2026

Short version: this site is information. It is not a contract, and the prices on it are drafts, not offers.

01

This site is information, not a contract

Everything here is published so you can work out whether we are worth talking to. Reading it does not put you under any obligation, and it does not put us under one either.

Nothing on this site creates an agreement between us. If we end up working together, that happens in a separate written agreement that we both sign, and that document is the one that counts — not this site.

02

Prices shown are drafts and examples

Read this one twice
Every price on this site is a Draft figure. It is not an offer, and it is not a quote.

The numbers are there to give you a sense of scale — roughly what this kind of work costs, so you can decide whether the conversation is worth your time. They are working figures, published while the pricing is still being set.

You cannot accept a price shown here, because none of them is being offered. Nothing on this site can be bought by clicking it. A real price for real work only exists once we have talked about what you actually need, and we put it to you in writing.

If a figure here is different from the one in a written quote we send you, the written quote is the real one and this site is out of date.

This applies to every number on every page — plans, the Sprint, the retainer tiers, anything in the store, and any figure shown inside the Business Systems Check.

03

What the Business Systems Check is, and is not

The Check is free, and it takes about five minutes. It asks you twelve questions and does some arithmetic on the answers you give it.

It is an estimate built entirely from your own answers. That is worth being blunt about, because it decides how much weight the result deserves:

  • It is not an audit. Nobody has looked at your business.
  • Nothing in it is measured. We have not seen your books, your systems, your calendar, or your team. We have seen twelve answers.
  • The money figures are illustrative. They are built from published average labour costs, not your costs. Your real numbers will be different, and could be different in either direction.
  • Answers in, answers out. If your input is a rough guess, so is your result. The Check cannot know more than you told it.

It is a useful starting point for a conversation. It is not a finding, a diagnosis, or a valuation.

04

No promise of results

Nothing on this site promises you an outcome. Where we show a result, it is a measured outcome of one specific piece of work for one specific business — not a forecast of what yours would do.

Businesses differ, and so do the people running them. What worked somewhere else may not work for you.

The five-hour guarantee is the one exception, and it is narrower than it looks. It applies only to the paid Opportunity Sprint, and only on the written terms that come with the Sprint itself.

It does not apply to the free Business Systems Check, to anything in the store, to retainers, or to any other work. If you have not bought the Sprint, the guarantee is not in play.

05

Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice

We build and run operational systems. We are not lawyers, accountants or financial advisers, and nothing on this site should be treated as advice from any of them.

If a decision has legal, tax or financial consequences, take it to a qualified professional in that field before you act. That is true no matter how confident anything here sounds.

06

Your information stays yours

What you tell us is yours. Your business data, your answers, your documents, your processes — ownership does not move to us because you typed it into a form or handed it over during a job.

We use it to do the work you asked for, and for nothing else. How we store and handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

07

We are not liable for decisions made from an estimate

If you make a business decision on the strength of a figure from this site or from the Check — hiring, spending, cutting, restructuring, or anything else — that decision is yours, and we are not responsible for how it turns out.

This is the direct consequence of clause 3. An estimate built from twelve answers is not a foundation to bet the business on, and we would rather say so here than have you find out later.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.

08

We can change or remove the site

Pages, prices, product names and wording can change at any time, or come down entirely, without notice. We are actively rebuilding this site, so this is not a formality — things really do move.

We do not promise the site will always be available, or that everything on it is current at the moment you are reading it.

Older versions of some pages are kept for reference. They are clearly marked as archived, and nothing on them is current or on offer.
