Why this exists
I was the bottleneck in my own company.
Everything ran through me because I was the fastest way to get anything done. Then the business got big enough that being the fastest way became the slowest way. Nothing moved unless I moved it.
I didn’t want to hire five people to fix a structure problem. So I built the structure.

This is the whole thing. We collect very little, we do not sell any of it, and one email gets you a copy or gets it deleted.
01 · What we collect
Three things, and that is the list.
- Your name, email address and phone number, if you give them to us — on the application, or by writing to us directly.
- Your answers to the six questions on the application. Five are short facts about your business. One asks you to describe, in your own words, the job only you can do — so whatever you type there, we have.
- Basic visit data — the ordinary technical record of a web visit: which pages were opened, roughly when, the kind of device and browser, and the IP address your connection came from.
02 · Why we collect it
To reply to you and to work out whether we are a fit. The application exists so we can answer that before either of us spends time on a call. We use what you tell us to reply, to send what you asked for, and to follow up about working together.
We do not use it for anything else. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not run automated decisions about you.
03 · Where it goes
Into our customer record system, which is a product called GoHighLevel. That is where your details and your answers are stored, and that is where they stay.
Nobody else. We do not pass your information to other companies, partners, or advertisers. The two exceptions are the ordinary ones: if the law requires us to hand something over, or if you ask us to send it somewhere yourself.
04 · Google Fonts — Google sees your IP address
Every page on this site uses two typefaces that are loaded from Google’s servers at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. This happens automatically when the page opens, before you click anything.
Because your browser has to ask Google for those font files, Google receives your IP address and the ordinary technical details that come with any web request. That is a direct consequence of how the fonts are loaded, and we are telling you plainly rather than leaving it out.
We do not send Google your email, your answers, or anything else you type. Only the font request itself, which carries your IP. What Google then does with that request is governed by Google’s own privacy terms, not ours.
05 · Our host and our CRM may collect standard technical data
This site is hosted and served by GoHighLevel, which is also our customer record system. Like almost every web host, their systems keep the ordinary technical record of visits — requests, timestamps, IP addresses, and similar.
We want to be straight with you about the limit of what we know here. Platforms of this kind can also switch on their own visitor analytics or tracking at the account level, separately from anything written into these pages. What we cannot do is give you a cast-iron guarantee about every layer our platform runs underneath us. So rather than claim there is none, we are telling you that standard technical collection by our host and CRM may be happening, and that their handling of it is governed by their terms.

06 · We do not sell your information
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anybody. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it over as part of a marketing arrangement. There is no version of this business where your details are the product.
07 · How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. We do not run an automatic timer, because an application you sent last year is often the useful thing to look back at when you finally decide to fix something. If you would rather we did not hold it that long, say so and it goes.
08 · Getting a copy, or having it deleted
One email does both. Write to [email protected] and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it.
You do not need to give a reason, fill in a form, or explain yourself. Use the email address you gave us so we can find the right record. We aim to have it done within thirty days, and usually much sooner.
09 · Not for under 16s
This site is for people running businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete the record.

Short version: this site is information. It is not a contract, and applying does not buy anything.
01 · This site is information, not a contract
Everything here is published so you can work out whether we are worth talking to. Reading it does not put you under any obligation, and it does not put us under one either.
Nothing on this site creates an agreement between us. If we end up working together, that happens in a separate written agreement that we both sign, and that document is the one that counts — not this site.
02 · Prices
The prices in the shop are real. They are what those items cost, and you can buy them at those prices.
Everything else is quoted, not published. The price of an assessment or a build is put to you in writing before anything starts. If a figure anywhere on this site ever differs from a written quote we have sent you, the written quote is the real one and this site is out of date.
03 · What the assessment is, and is not
The assessment is a paid piece of work. We look at how your business actually runs and give you a written report naming what is broken, what it is costing you in hours, and what we would fix first.
- It is not an audit in the accounting sense, and it is not a valuation.
- The money and hours figures are estimates. They are built from what we find plus published average labour costs — not from your books. Your real numbers will be different, and could be different in either direction.
- It is a starting point for a decision, not the decision.
04 · No promise of results, and what the guarantee actually covers
Nothing on this site promises you an outcome. Businesses differ, and so do the people running them. What worked somewhere else may not work for you.
The guarantee is a guarantee about the finding, not about your results. In full: if the assessment doesn’t find at least five hours a week you can realistically reclaim, you get your money back — and you keep the report.
It applies to the paid assessment only, on the written terms that come with it. It does not apply to anything in the shop, to ongoing work, or to any other engagement.
05 · Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice
We build and run operational systems. We are not lawyers, accountants or financial advisers, and nothing on this site should be treated as advice from any of them.
If a decision has legal, tax or financial consequences, take it to a qualified professional in that field before you act. That is true no matter how confident anything here sounds.
06 · Your information stays yours
What you tell us is yours. Your business data, your answers, your documents, your processes — ownership does not move to us because you typed it into a form or handed it over during a job. We use it to do the work you asked for, and for nothing else. How we store and handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
07 · We are not liable for decisions made from an estimate
If you make a business decision on the strength of a figure from this site or from a report — hiring, spending, cutting, restructuring, or anything else — that decision is yours, and we are not responsible for how it turns out.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.
08 · We can change or remove the site
Pages, prices, product names and wording can change at any time, or come down entirely, without notice. We do not promise the site will always be available, or that everything on it is current at the moment you are reading it.
09 · Wyoming law
Executive Øx is operated from Jackson, Wyoming, United States. These terms are governed by Wyoming law, and any dispute arising from this site or its use belongs to the courts of the State of Wyoming.

01 · We have no named clients on this site
No figure anywhere here is a measured client result, because we are not showing you one. Nothing on this site is a case study, and no logo, name or quote belongs to a customer.
02 · The wage figures are published government averages
The two salary figures on this site — an operations manager at $166,422 and an executive assistant at $84,186 — are Wyoming statewide averages, taken from Wyoming Department of Workforce Services occupational wage data and loaded with benefits and payroll tax at the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics employer-cost ratio.
They are averages, not the top or the bottom of the range. They are not our prices, they are not a quote, and they are not what anybody would necessarily pay. They are there to show what the usual alternative costs.
03 · Time and money estimates are illustrative
Where this site shows an amount of time or money, it is an illustrative low-end estimate and not a guarantee of results. Your business is not the example.
04 · The guarantee is about the finding
In full: if the assessment doesn’t find at least five hours a week you can realistically reclaim, you get your money back — and you keep the report. It guarantees what the assessment finds. It does not guarantee what happens to your business afterwards, because that depends on what you do with it.
