The Opportunity Sprint — Executive Øx
The paid step · Managed AI Operations

The Opportunity Sprint.

Forty-five minutes on how the work actually moves through your business, and a written plan naming the three to seven things eating your week — each one ranked by what it costs you.

What it is

Not a deck. A plan you can act on without us.

Most assessments hand you a slideshow describing your own business back to you. This one names things, puts figures against them, and tells you which one to do first.

What you are not buying
  • A strategy deck about the future of AI
  • A tool list you could have searched for
  • A proposal dressed up as a report
  • A sales call with a document attached
What you are buying
  • Three to seven named bottlenecks, in your own operation
  • What each one costs, in hours and in money
  • An effort-versus-impact ranking, so the order is obvious
  • A four-day quick-start you can run yourself
How it runs

Four steps, about a week end to end.

01

Discovery

Forty-five minutes, in person where possible, recorded with your say-so. We ask, you talk. The instrument is simple — walk me through yesterday — because how the week actually went beats how it is supposed to go.
45 minutes · you talk, we ask
02

Analysis

We take the transcript apart and find where the time goes, what it costs, and which fixes are worth their effort. This is the part you are paying for, and it happens without you in the room.
a few days · nothing needed from you
03

The report

A written document, yours to keep, sent before we talk again so you read it without anyone selling over your shoulder.
3–7 leaksNamed, in your operation, in plain language.
What each costsHours a week, and the money behind them — low-end estimates, labelled.
Effort vs impactRanked, so the order to fix things in is obvious rather than argued.
Four-day quick-startThe first fix, broken down small enough to run without us.
04

The walkthrough

Thirty minutes, live, going through the findings and answering whatever the report raised. If building with us is the right next step we will say so. If it is not, we will say that too.
30 minutes · no obligation either way
The risk

Guaranteed, and the terms are short.

The guarantee

“If the assessment doesn’t identify at least 5 hours a week you can realistically reclaim, you get the full $999 back — and you keep the report.”

It guarantees the finding, never the outcome. We are on the hook for the quality of the diagnosis; what you do with it stays yours. Hours are counted net — a task going from ten hours to six counts as four reclaimed, not ten.

What the alternative costs

The other way to buy this capability is to hire it.

Wage source: Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics — statewide mean, SOC 43-6011 and SOC 11-1021. Loaded at 1.4261× base to include employer benefit cost, derived from U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, December 2025. A hire is not the same purchase as a plan — shown to size the decision, not to claim a saving.

Capacity

We take three to five new clients a quarter. That is one founder’s real capacity, not a countdown on a landing page — there is no expiring discount here and there never will be. When the quarter is full the answer is simply that the next one starts in a few weeks.

“What if I never build anything?”
Then you keep a plan that cost less than a day of most consultants and you run it yourself. That is a legitimate outcome, not a failure of the Sprint.
“What if the answer is do nothing?”
We write that down and tell you why. A documented no is worth having — it is the cheapest way to stop paying for a fix you were about to buy.
“Am I signing up for more?”
No. The Sprint ends at the walkthrough. There is no auto-renewal, no retainer attached, and the $999 does not credit toward anything — the plan pays for itself or it does not.
“Who sees my information?”
We take how you work, not who your customers are. Nothing identifying goes into the analysis, and the recording exists to save you repeating yourself.

The $999 shown on this page is DRAFT and not final. Any figures shown are illustrative low-end estimates, not a guarantee of results. What a build costs is quoted after the Sprint, never before it.
